| The church was voted #1 of 25 Bay Area sites in the "2006 Partners in Preservation Grant " campaign sponsored by American Express and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The Friends received a generous grant of $118,000 for seismic strengthening of the "Bubblestone" wall in the Sunday School. |
