Friends of First Church Berkeley is a non-denominational, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2003 to raise awareness and financial support for the preservation of Berkeley’s only National Historic Landmark building. 

Friends successfully attracted conservation grants for critically needed restoration projects from prestigious funding agencies such as The Getty Foundation, American Express, Save America’s Treasures and hundreds of other donors. We are volunteers, and we invite you to join us in supporting this internationally acclaimed work of architecture.
